Terms of Service

Last updated July 3, 2026.

PoisonCDN provides founder-led beta software that detects AI crawlers accessing your website, logs cryptographic forensic receipts of those requests, and gives the site owner control over what happens next — including optional AI data licensing and, at the customer's discretion, crawler-only enforcement routing.

Customers are responsible for configuring their own domains, policies, rates, and permitted uses. PoisonCDN does not guarantee that any AI company or crawler will purchase access.

PoisonCDN's default behavior detects and records crawler access without serving false information. Enforcement features that alter or substitute the content served to crawlers are optional and disabled by default; a customer who enables them is solely responsible for the content served and for its compliance with applicable law.

Payments, when enabled, are processed through Stripe. Publisher payout accounts are connected through Stripe Connect. PoisonCDN may receive an application fee from eligible transactions.

Customers must use PoisonCDN lawfully and must not use the service to harm human visitors, approved search crawlers, or systems they do not own or control.
